By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to enter into binding contracts on behalf of a business or organization

  • You will comply with all applicable local, state, and international laws, including telemarketing and data privacy regulations (e.g., TCPA, GDPR, DNC compliance)


3. Client Obligations

Clients using our services agree to:

  • Provide complete and accurate information needed for campaign setup and execution

  • Ensure all data shared (such as contact lists) is compliant with relevant regulations

  • Cooperate with account managers and service teams in a timely and professional manner

  • Pay all agreed-upon service fees per the terms of the service agreement


4. Our Responsibilities

MTS GLOBAL agrees to:

  • Deliver services professionally, using best practices and experienced personnel

  • Maintain data confidentiality and security at all stages

  • Offer performance reports and ongoing support as outlined in individual agreements

  • Ensure compliance with relevant communication laws in the jurisdictions we operate


5. Service Limitations

While we aim for excellence, MTS GLOBAL does not guarantee:

  • Specific business results, such as lead conversions or sales volumes

  • That services will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times

  • That all leads or prospects generated will be valid, available, or interested


6. Payment Terms

Payment terms, billing cycles, and pricing will be outlined in your custom service agreement. Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension or additional fees.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the contract or agreed upon in writing.


7. Intellectual Property

All service methodologies, documentation, campaign assets, tools, and reports developed by MTS GLOBAL remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred. Clients are granted limited, non-exclusive rights to use materials solely for their internal use.


8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to:

  • Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive business information shared during the service engagement

  • Not disclose confidential information to third parties without prior written consent

This clause remains effective even after service termination.


9. Data Privacy & Security

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the services with written notice under the terms set in the service agreement. Upon termination:

  • All outstanding dues become payable

  • Access to any tools or platforms managed by MTS GLOBAL will be revoked

  • Final deliverables or reports will be handed over as per agreement


11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MTS GLOBAL, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable laws.


12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MTS GLOBAL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising in connection with the use of our services.


13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of MTS GLOBAL operations.
